High-end outdoor brand Arc’teryx closing Corte Madera store, looking for new location

(KRON) — Arc’teryx, a high-end outdoorsy brand that recently began selling $5,000 e-powered hiking pants, will be closing one of its Bay Area stores. In a post on Instagram, the Canadian apparel company announced that it will be closing its Corte Madera store on July 23.

While the company gave no reason for the closure, Arc’teryx said it was in the market for a new North Bay location.

“We remain deeply committed to our community across the North Bay and are on the hunt for our future home in Marin County,” the post read…
