Redwood City Suspect Arrested for $5,000 Tool Theft in Menlo Park, Second Perpetrator at Large

An early morning call from a neighbor on the lookout led Menlo Park Police to arrest Jose Quintanillaguevara, a 25-year-old Redwood City resident, on charges of stealing tools worth over $5,000, according to an official statement by the Menlo Park Police Department. The suspect was found with the stolen items in a vehicle outside a home under construction on the 1000 block of Ringwood Avenue yesterday, at around 4:53 a.m.
