Alameda Co.: Security Firm Owners Ordered To Pay Workers For Wage Theft

Alameda County District Attorney Ursula Jones Dickson announced this week that her office has secured a court-ordered restitution agreement against the co-owners of Alfa Private Security in Union City for felony wage theft and insurance premium fraud.

Ferooz Nangeyali, who pleaded guilty to the charges, and his wife and co-owner, Alejandra Nangeyali, were accused of failing to properly compensate employees and misrepresenting workers’ compensation insurance coverage at their armed security firm, according to prosecutors.
