A man was arrested on suspicion of fatally shooting two women inside a Walnut Creek home on Thursday, police said.
Howard Wang, a 43-year-old resident of Walnut Creek, was booked into Martinez Detention Facility on suspicion of murder, police said Friday afternoon.
