(KRON) — The San Jose Police Department found and seized stacks of stolen mail, counterfeit IDs, social security cards and U.S. passports during a traffic stop in San Jose Thursday evening.
Officers pulled the car over in connection to a string of mail thefts in south San Jose.
During the stop, officers spoke with two men inside the car and allegedly spotted a meth pipe and multiple ID cards on the floorboard, which did not belong to the men. Officers searched the car and found the counterfeit documents.
