(KRON) — A 56-year-old Pleasanton woman was killed after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday evening, the Pleasanton Police Department said.
The victim was identified as Rowena P. Coronel, according to the Alameda County Coroner’s Office.
The crash happened around 6:41 p.m. at the downtown intersection of Main and Neal streets. PPD officers, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department crews and paramedics responded to assist in bringing the victim to the hospital where she later died.
