A pickup truck fatally struck a bicyclist in Berkeley on Saturday afternoon, police said.
The crash happened around 2:50 p.m. at the intersection of Telegraph Avenue and Haste Street, Berkeley police officer Byron White said. A man in his 60s was cycling southbound on Telegraph Avenue when a northbound truck hit him.
