(KRON) — Last week, Pho Love in Milpitas went viral for the wrong reasons. A video showed an employee displaying unsanitary meat handling in the back of the restaurant, slamming frozen beef ribs on the bare ground.
The Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health was notified of the incident and shut the restaurant down on Thursday, Nov. 20.
On Tuesday, the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health cleared Pho Love to reopen after the establishment passed a follow-up health inspection, the county said in a letter sent to KRON4.
