Police in San Mateo arrested a man and a woman suspected of burglarizing an apartment complex and being in possession of illegal drugs, the department said Tuesday.
On Friday just after 11:30 a.m., officers investigated a burglary at an apartment complex in the 1600 block of South Delaware Street.
