(KRON) — The victim in a fatal crash on Crow Canyon Road involving a Tesla last month has been identified. Alix Mari Sparks, a 41-year-old Castro Valley resident, was in a Ford Bronco that was involved in a two-vehicle crash with a Tesla Model 3 on Nov. 29 at around 3:23 p.m.
Sparks sustained fatal injuries in the crash. The driver of the Ford was taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, treated and released.

The driver of the Tesla, identified as 28-year-old Badal Dholaria of Pleasanton, who police said caused the crash, was arrested at the scene and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on charges of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence.
