Residents of Aya Apartments in Fremont have recently been grappling with a peculiar issue – missing packages from the mailroom. Despite the carrier providing photographic evidence of delivery in the Aya mailroom, some residents are unable to locate their packages. This issue is not new, as there have been instances in the past where packages have mysteriously disappeared, and neither the property management nor Luxer customer support have been able to provide satisfactory assistance.
