(KRON) — A man who was wanted for shooting a man to death in front of his family during an argument over a parking spot in June of 2021, was arrested in Mexico last month, the San Jose Police Department announced Thursday.
The suspected shooter, Uatesoni Joseph Paasi, fled the U.S. and was thought to be hiding in Mexico, authorities said. On Nov. 22, 2025, the U.S. Marshals Service and Mexican authorities found and arrested Paasi in Rosarito, Mexico.
