Many consider the Meadowlark Dairy Pleasanton’s crown jewel, with newcomers and locals alike visiting just for the soft-serve. Due to its popularity, the Dairy expanded its reaches even farther, opening up a second location in Livermore.
“I think it’s going to be beneficial because there’s a lot of people in Livermore who have wanted ice cream…even me personally, I would come to Pleasanton just to get Meadowlark, but it was such a long drive and impossible to find parking! Having it locally will make things so much easier,” said Livermore location employee Nishka Deshmukh.
With the Livermore Dairy scheduled to open in a few weeks, many Livermore residents look forward to accessible ice cream. Prior to the opening, customers would have to travel longer distances to get a taste of this renowned ice cream. This problem even affected some of the current employees…
