A small power outage in San Leandro was affecting traffic signals at the intersection of Williams Street and Doolittle Drive on Sunday afternoon, police said.
Drivers in the area were advised to treat the intersection as a four-way stop sign as required by law. The San Leandro Police Department said power was estimated to be restored by 10 p.m.
