Man hospitalized after attack at encampment in San Jose

A man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being attacked at an encampment in San Jose Saturday morning, the police department said.

Police said officers responded to the area of Tully and Highway 101 at 10:14 a.m. for a report of an assault with a deadly weapon.
