A man riding his bike was killed Monday morning after being hit by a SMART train in Santa Rosa, according to authorities.
Just before 10:30 a.m., the man, believed to be in his 30s, was hit by a southbound train at the Piner Road crossing, between Bay Village Circle and Coffee Lane, according to police.
