For anyone who knows a coffee drinker, take away the person’s caffeine fix, and there’s no telling what might happen. Although the circumstance is not as dire, news is spreading fast that Peet’s Coffee is closing or has already closed some of its coffee houses in the Bay Area.
As reported in the San Francisco Chronicle, approximately 30 Bay Area locations are closing. One of the Berkeley-born chain’s North Bay locations that has already closed is in Mill Valley at 88 Throckmorton Ave., according to a Google search for the business.
