K-pop superstars Twice visit San Francisco Zoo during Bay Area tour

Between two sold-out shows at Oakland Arena last weekend, members of the global K-pop sensation Twice carved out time for a quieter Bay Area excursion, visiting the San Francisco Zoo and sharing the experience with millions of their online followers.

“Members of K-pop group TWICE visited SF Zoo recently when they were in the Bay Area!” the zoo confirmed in a Facebook post Wednesday, Jan. 21 “A beautiful, sunny day where they saw giraffes, zebras and our koala!”

Clips and photos from the outing, posted to Instagram, offered a glimpse of the nine-member group away from the arena stage.
