(KRON) — A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash on the Embarcadero Road offramp of Highway 101 in Palo Alto Sunday, the California Highway Patrol told KRON4 News.
The crash happened around 5:48 a.m. CHP officers, firefighters, paramedics and the Palo Alto Police Department responded to the crash. The victim was found lying in the road when officers arrived at the scene.
