Martha Stewart visits her favorite San Francisco plant shop

Super Bowl parties and promotions are drawing stars from all corners of the entertainment world to the Bay Area. This past week, locals have spotted the likes of Pharrell Williams and Jared Goff out and about on both sides of the bay. And Thursday added another blockbuster celeb sighting — the queen of all things lifestyle, Martha Stewart, visited Flora Grubb Gardens in SF’s Bayview.

Stewart posted about the visit on her personal Instagram account and encouraged people to “bring a big truck for all your purchases” when coming out to the nursery. In true Martha fashion, she also took the opportunity to plug her magazine, Martha Stewart Living, and give outfit details in a typo-laden caption that’s typical of her @marthastewart48 handle.

The nursery has racked up many accolades since opening more than two decades ago, along with the “American made” nod from Stewart’s own magazine, which she mentions in her caption. First located on Guerrero Street in the Mission, the plant emporium moved to its current location in May 2007 and has since expanded retail operations to Los Angeles, opening a store in Marina del Rey in 2023…
