Missing skier found dead at California resort was recent college grad

A 21-year-old skier found dead after being reported missing from a California ski resort near Lake Tahoe was a recent college graduate, university officials say.

The man found dead at Northstar California Resort in Truckee on Thursday, Feb. 19 was identified as Colin Kang of Fremont, California.

In an emailed statement, San Jose State University said school officials were “deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of one of our recent graduates.”…
