TRACY, Calif. — Security camera video shows the violent struggle before the abduction and eventual killing of a Tracy father– a case that has now become a multi-county homicide investigation.
Cameras at a Sikh temple off Grant Line Road in Tracy captured 57-year-old Avtar Singh fighting back against three men dressed in dark clothing who forced him into a white SUV. Temple officials said Singh lived at the temple with his wife and infant triplets.
