A 32-year-old man on Tuesday was charged with murder in the shooting of his ex-girlfriend’s mother and brother at their Pleasanton home.
Allen Swadley was also charged with special-circumstance allegations that he committed murders during a burglary. He could face the death penalty or life in prison without parole.
