Waitlist reopening for Newark Gardens I senior housing
The waitlist for Newark Gardens I, a 150-home senior living community at 35300 Cedar Blvd, will reopen on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Applications must be submitted by March 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
Applicants must be 62 years or older, or 18 years or older with a disability. Rents are income-based, about 30% of household income, and subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applications can be submitted online through the Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) website or by mail if picked up in person.
