Sunnyvale police are still looking for whoever pulled the trigger in a shooting that landed two local men in the hospital.
Just before 4 p.m. Feb. 18, the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety (DPS) responded to a call of a shooting. The incident occurred on the 1000 block of Stewart Drive, near a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, located at 750 Lakewood Drive in Sunnyvale.
Capt. Dzanh Le, the public information officer for DPS, wrote in an email that a 41-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound at the scene. Following his injury, the man fled the scene of the crime.
