The City of Fremont is forming a 7-member Charter Advisory Committee to help develop a proposed City Charter for the November 2026 ballot. Applications opened on March 4, 2026, and the Mayor will appoint members during a Special City Council meeting on March 20, 2026.
The Committee will meet every Monday from March 23 through April 27, 2026, at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at 3300 Capitol Ave., Building A.
