A NEW bill to raise the minimum wage could pass in a US city soon.
In Alameda, California, a coalition is campaigning to see the minimum wage raised to $30 an hour, as lawmakers around the country consider the same.
This is only a proposal right now, and no change has been made to Alameda’s minimum wage.
