SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) — Detectives launched a months-long investigation after a 41-year-old disabled man was found emaciated, deceased, and alone inside a home on Mastic Street in San Jose.
When he was found deceased on May 17, 2025, “the descendent was emaciated and lacked basic necessities,” San Jose Police Department spokesperson Stacie Shih wrote. Officers suspected that he was the victim of neglect.
