14-Year-Old Suspect Arrested as Suspect in Redwood City Stabbing

REDWOOD CITY, CA — “On March 24, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m., officers with the Redwood City Police Department responded to a report of a physical altercation in the 2100 block of Broadway.

Upon arrival, officers determined that an 18-year-old male and a 14-year-old male juvenile had been involved in a fight. During the altercation, the juvenile suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim before fleeing the scene prior to officers’ arrival.

The victim sustained injuries to his face, as well as non-life-threatening stab wounds. He declined medical treatment at the scene…
