Man arrested after posing as a police officer to rob a spa in Cupertino

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, Calif. (FOX26) — A man accused of posing as a police officer and robbing a Cupertino spa has been arrested following a week-long investigation, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives arrested 32-year-old Brendan Kroning of San Andreas on Wednesday, in a parking garage in San Jose.

He is facing multiple charges, including three counts of robbery, three counts of false imprisonment, and one count of impersonating a police officer…
