An Ebony Alert was issued early Monday morning for a missing 15-year-old girl last seen in Castro Valley over the weekend, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Ganiah Grubbs was last seen at about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday near Edwards Lane and Center Street in Castro Valley and is believed to be on foot, according to the CHP, which activated the alert on behalf of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office.
