(KRON) — A band on tour had its truck stolen in Oakland on Wednesday morning. According to a social media announcement by the band, Moonchild’s tour vehicle was stolen the morning of a scheduled show in Berkeley.
The truck contained all the band’s tour essentials like audio equipment, instruments and merchandise.
“This morning our truck was stolen in Oakland,” the band wrote in a statement posted Wednesday on social media. “It had all our stage design, wardrobe, lighting/audio gear, merch and instruments for the Waves tour. So, we’re heartbroken to say that we have to reschedule the rest of our tour. Berkeley, Sacramento, San Diego, we are so sorry.”…
