A fatal traffic crash shut down a roadway near Tracy early Thursday morning, the California Highway Patrol said.
The CHP’s area office in Tracy said patrol officers and emergency personnel were dispatched to Kasson Road south of Durham Ferry Road around 5 a.m. following the crash.
