FREMONT — An electronics manufacturer has deepened its Bay Area roots with a deal to buy its headquarters and production center in Fremont, a purchase that offers hopeful signs for the region’s tech sector.
Wislab EMS paid $61 million for its primary work hub at 4211 Starboard Dr. in Fremont, documents filed on May 5 with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office show.
