(KRON) — A man died Saturday afternoon after police said he rolled down a hill for several hundred feet and was ejected from his car.
A bystanding resident reported a solo-vehicle crash on Palomares Road in unincorporated Alameda County. Officers with the California Highway Patrol responded to the report before 3 p.m. Alameda County Fire Department was already at the scene.
Police said they found a person ejected from their vehicle in what appeared to be a rollover crash. Officers said the driver might have suffered a medical episode before leaving the road and rolling about 200 feet down to another driveway.
