PALO ALTO — An affordable housing development in Palo Alto officially opened its doors Friday to new residents.
The project added 50 affordable units in a complex known as Mitchell Park Place at 525 East Charleston Rd., Santa Clara County officials stated.
Overall proposed funding for the development was $32 million, according to the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee. The agency allocates funds from state tax-exempt bonds to endeavors such as affordable housing projects.
