SELMA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A teenager riding an electric scooter is in critical condition after a crash in Selma Tuesday afternoon, the Selma Police Department announced.
Just before 1:40 p.m., officers say they responded to a traffic collision at Rose and Highland avenues, where they learned a teen on an e-scooter was hit by a vehicle.
