MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The man who died after being pulled from a body of water near the San Joaquin River has been identified by the Madera County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies reported just after 3:40 p.m. they responded to Sycamore Island near Fresno for reports of three people struggling in the water.
