July 17, 2026 – California Highway Patrol officials announce that the Major Crimes Unit is asking for the public’s help following an attempted murder that occurred on July 11, 2026, at approximately 9:45 p.m. on eastbound SR-180, east of McCall Avenue, in Fresno County.
A 22-year-old man from Reedley was shot while driving and remains in critical condition. Investigators are searching for the occupants of a blue 2025 Honda Accord, believed to have been occupied by a driver and at least one passenger.
