A 74-year-old man last seen near Frazier Park is the subject of a Silver Alert spanning four California counties, with authorities asking anyone who spots him to call 911.
Donald Tostenson was last seen around 12:51 on July 25 in Frazier Park, according to a CHP Alerts post. The California Highway Patrol activated the alert on behalf of the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, and it covers Kern, Fresno, Los Angeles and Tulare counties.
