FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) — The Fresno Police Department has plans to conduct a DUI checkpoint Saturday night at an undisclosed location in the city, police said.
Police say the checkpoint will be from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Police say that although medical and recreational marijuana are legal, driving under the influence of marijuana is illegal.
