Madera High expands CTE culinary program with new baking and pastry course

Students at Madera High School are wasting no time putting their culinary skills to work this school year, as the school’s Career Technical Education culinary pathway expands to include a new fourth-year course focused on baking and pastries.

Inside the culinary classroom, students are already busy preparing dishes while receiving guidance from instructor and chef Martin Sanchez.
