KERMAN, Calif. (FOX26) — A man riding an electric mobility scooter was killed Monday afternoon after being struck by a commercial vehicle at a busy Kerman intersection, police said.
The Kerman Police Department is investigating the fatal traffic collision at the intersection of Madera Avenue (State Route 145) and Whitesbridge Road (State Route 180).
