FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) – A man needed to be rescued by firefighters after he was found impaled on a steel chain-link fence early Thursday morning in Downtown Fresno. According to the Fresno Fire Department, firefighters were called out to Braly Avenue, near Van Ness and California Avenues, around 3:15 a.m. for a man impaled on a chain-link fence.
