Fresno mayor on homeless, push for airport improvements

FRESNO, Calif. ( KGPE )- Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer joined Anchor Mederios Babb.

The two talked about his recent trip to D.C. for the U.S. Mayors Conference, the push for improvements at the airport, addressing homelessness, and the upcoming budget cycle.

Mayor Dyer said that despite the state budget deficit of nearly $38 million, the city of Fresno is still slated to get the $250 million for downtown. It will just be delayed.
