REEDLEY, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The community of Reedley came together for the first two funerals for the victims of a quadruple murder earlier this month.

The four victims were found shot and killed on south Church Street, while police continue to try and find out what led up to this tragedy.

Friends and family gathered at Redeemer’s Church in Reedley to pay their respects and say their final goodbyes to husband and wife Matthew and Guadalupe Bonds.

Jose Martinez was the brother of Guadalupe. He is still comprehending the loss of his sister.

“She’s in a better place now which hurts me bad and all the pictures that we had and all the people we had showing all the love the support,” Martinez said.

Many friends of Guadalupe could be seen wearing wings as a sign of love.

Yvonne Lozano said Guadalupe wore wings everywhere she went.

“As you can see around here she was a little angel she always had her little angel wings on she was always outstanding in her demeanor and attitude,” said Lozano.
