FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) – A purse was ripped away from a woman as she was sitting at a bus stop earlier this month in Fresno. According to the Fresno Police Department, the woman was sitting at the bus stop at Blackstone Avenue and Divisadero Street on January 10 when a man walked up and sat next to her.
