Kings Community Action Organization will host State Sen. Melissa Hurtado to celebrate $1 million in funding for KCAO operations and capital improvement projects Friday. Hurtado, Garner, KCAO staff, local community partners, and the public are invited to the ceremonial check presentation at the KCAO headquarters at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 2.
