CLOVIS, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A car hit a gas line after crashing into a building Friday morning in Clovis, according to the Clovis Police Department.
Police say the two-vehicle crash happened around 7:30 a.m. near Fir and Villa avenues. Officials say people in the area were asked to shelter in place due to the gas leak.
Police say both drivers were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
