FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) – One person was killed, and a woman was arrested for DUI after a crash at a Dollar Tree parking lot early Monday morning in Fresno. According to the Fresno Police Department, officers received 911 calls around 1:35 a.m. of a car that had hit two people at Maroa and Fern Avenues.
